Workspace Trust Audit

A workspace earns trust when people can find the current answer, see who owns it, understand how decisions are made, and know that access and maintenance are deliberate. This audit turns those qualities into a visible score and a short repair list.

Methodology

How the result is calculated

  1. The audit measures four dimensions: structure, responsibility, decision surfaces, and maintenance and access.
  2. Each statement is scored 0 (not yet), 1 (partly), or 2 (consistently). The total is converted to a percentage so the result is easy to compare over time.
  3. Recommendations are ordered by the lowest-scoring statements, with dimension order used only as a predictable tie-breaker.
  4. Answers and results stay in your browser. The tool does not save or transmit them.

Read this first

What this tool cannot tell you

  • This is a reflective design audit, not a security, privacy, accessibility, or regulatory certification.
  • The result depends on honest self-reporting. A short review with regular workspace users will usually reveal more than one administrator's answers.
  • A low score identifies where to investigate; it does not prove that a particular platform, template, or operating model is wrong.
