Who the journal serves

The MBS Digital journal helps people understand and improve practical digital systems, workspaces and complex workflows. Articles should help a reader make a clearer decision or complete a useful task; attracting visits is not enough on its own.

Evidence and original value

Material factual claims should be supported by primary or authoritative sources wherever practical. Sources must support the nearby claim, not merely discuss the same subject. Each substantial article should also contribute a useful example, framework, checklist, comparison, tool or clearly reasoned synthesis beyond a generic summary.

AI-assisted work

AI may assist with research organisation, drafting, editing or structured review. It must not be used to invent experience, evidence, quotations, credentials, customers or results. AI-assisted drafts must pass deterministic checks, an independent editorial audit and explicit human approval before publication.

Authors, sources and uncertainty

Published pages identify the responsible author or organisation, show their sources when claims require them and distinguish verified facts from judgment or unresolved uncertainty. Commercial relationships or incentives that could affect a reasonable reader's interpretation must be disclosed.

Updates and review dates

Publication and modification dates describe real events. Dates are not changed simply to make an article appear fresh. A visible update date is added only after a meaningful revision, and time-sensitive content is reviewed when its source, product, process or recommendation changes.
