Who is responsible
MBS Digital is an independent digital business operated from France and is responsible for personal information handled directly through this website and its support activity. Privacy questions and requests can be sent to mbsworkspacestudio@gmail.com.
Information handled
This website does not require an account and does not contain a public contact form. MBS Digital may receive the information you choose to include in an email, support request or marketplace order. The hosting provider may also process limited technical information, such as request, device, security and error-log data, to deliver and protect the website.
Why information is used
Information is used to answer enquiries, provide requested support, fulfil or administer a purchase, prevent misuse, maintain the website and meet legal or accounting obligations. Depending on the situation, this processing is necessary to take steps requested before a contract, perform a contract, comply with legal obligations or pursue the legitimate interest of operating and protecting the business.
Who may receive information
Access is limited to MBS Digital and service providers needed for hosting, email, fulfilment and support. These may include Cloudflare, the email provider and the marketplace through which a purchase or support request is handled. Each provider also applies its own privacy terms.
Retention and international processing
Information is kept only for as long as needed for the purpose described above, then deleted or retained only where legal, accounting or dispute-resolution obligations require it. Some service providers may process information outside the European Economic Area using the safeguards available under applicable data-protection law.
Cookies and analytics
MBS Digital does not currently use advertising cookies, behavioural tracking or client-side audience analytics on this website. Essential hosting and security mechanisms may still process technical information. This notice will be updated before any non-essential tracking is introduced.
Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion or restriction of information held directly by MBS Digital, and you may object to certain processing or request portability where relevant. You may also lodge a complaint with the French data-protection authority, the CNIL.
